Resale Lot and Pre-need Plans

How to avail a resale memorial lot or resale pre-need plan?

For resale memorial lots, here are the process.

• Our licensed Broker will guide and accompany the buyer for a complete process so that the buyer will be more confident .
• Choose the type of lot you are interested. We will check first the availability of the lot.
• Set an appointment for tripping so you can see the actual location of resale lot.
• Fill-out our online application form.
• Upload one valid id.
• You can also reserve first the lot for a 10,000 reservation fee good for 10 days if you are really interested. Reservation fee are non-refundable but will be deducted to the total price.
• Sign the Deed of Sale and other documents needed for transfer. Notarization fee is included in the price.
• Once you received the Certificate signed by the seller and a copy of Notarized Contract, that is the only time that you need to pay the amount to our broker or seller. Payment can be in cash/check/bank deposit if less than a million or manager's check or bank deposit if 1M or more.
• Broker will accompany the buyer to process the transfer of ownership to the buyer which is the new owner. Transfer of ownership will be done directly from the Heritage Park office. Certificate will be surrendered to Heritage Park to process the transfer to your name so they can issue a new Certificate under your name. Processing fee will be shouldered by the buyer (5,000 for lawn, 10,000 for garden lot and 25,000 for estate lot) as stated in the contract.

All certificates of resale lots posted here are already confirmed and validated from our office. An exclusive contract to sell are signed by both seller/owner and our broker. No other agents are selling the posted resale lots.

For resale pre-need plans, here are the process.

• Fill-out our online application form.
• Upload one valid id.
• Set an appointment so we can discuss to you the details and complete process.
• You can also reserve first the plan for a 10,000 reservation fee good for 10 days if you are really interested. Reservation fee are non-refundable but will be deducted to the total price.
• Sign the Deed of Sale and other documents needed for transfer. Notarization fee is included in the price.
• Once you received the Policy Contract and a copy of Notarized Contract, that is the only time that you need to pay the amount to our broker or seller. Payment can be in cash/check/bank deposit if less than a million or manager's check or bank deposit if 1M or more.
• Broker will accompany the buyer to process the transfer of ownership to the buyer which is the new owner. Transfer of ownership will be done directly to Philplans office at Ayala Makati City. Policy Contract will be surrendered to Heritage Park to process the transfer to your name so they can issue a new Policy Contract under your name. Processing fee will be shouldered by the seller (300 pesos only).

Set an appointment. Our office is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 5pm. Wait for the confirmation of your appointment. We have a strict "No Appointment No Entry" policy.

Notes:

1. All resale lots do not require a bundled pre-need plan but it is highly recommended that you also purchased our pre-need interment plan and/or Memorial Planspre-need memorial or pre-need cremation plan.

2. All resale lots are spot cash payment only.

3. For At-need case (gagamitin na or may ipalilibing na), lot must be paid in full cash plus the Interment Service Fees 3 days before the preferred schedule of interment (pagpapalibing).
